About The Position

Position Information: Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Support Coordinator. Support Coordinators work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professional team members to develop and implement individual support plans. Support Coordinators connect individuals and families with resources and services in the community and then monitor the effectiveness of those supports in helping individuals meet their needs and achieve personal goals.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years old
Have a Bachelor's degree
Have one year of related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Have a valid driver’s license
Access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for transportation
Operate that vehicle in a safe and prudent manner to comply with all applicable laws.
