About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP seeks to hire a skilled Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is responsible for managing cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring files are prepared for demand and settlement.

This position requires urgency, organization, professionalism, and a five-star client service mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience preferred
• Experience preparing demand packages
• Familiarity with California court rules procedures
• Ability to review medical records and summarize damages
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
• Lead client onboarding and maintain organized, up-to-date files
• Order and review police reports, medical records, and billing
• Track medical treatment and damages development
• Communicate regularly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
• Prepare and assemble demand packages
• Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
• Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
• Escalate cases to litigation when necessary
