Under general supervision, the Case Manager provides intake, assessment, and ongoing case management services to clients. The position maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards in accordance with NASW, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. The Case Manager promotes a trauma-informed care environment and supports effective, collaborative communication among program staff. This role also provides coverage and assistance to other programs assigned by the Program Manager.
