About The Position
The Case Manager position at Marion County Community Corrections is responsible for enhancing public safety by increasing client accountability through evidence-based practices and interventions. The role involves assessing clients referred by the Marion County Criminal Court Judges, developing and managing individual case management plans, and ensuring compliance with court orders and agency policies. The incumbent will supervise a caseload of clients under electronic monitoring or residential placement, conduct assessments, and provide necessary referrals for services. This position requires regular interaction with clients, attendance in court, and the ability to respond to non-compliance effectively.
