We are currently seeking a Case Manager to join our team immediately. This role is essential in meeting the growing demand for quality care in our community. The ideal candidate will be a positive, dependable, and caring individual who can effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and staff in a dignified and respectful manner. The Case Manager will need to demonstrate emotional and physical stamina to assist residents with their daily living skills and will be encouraged to participate in opportunities for personal and academic growth. A strong ability to practice self-control in communication and body language is crucial, as is a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Physical endurance for frequent activity is also a requirement.
