Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community. In this role, you focus on education and employment by implementing evidence-based practices and collaborating with external agencies and resources to support the individuals we serve. This may include: resume development mock interviews in person and online job searches accompanying individuals to schools to explore accommodation needs assistance with skill development and self-advocacy You will play a key role in teaching and skill-building to enhance vocational or pre-vocational readiness, helping clients develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce and education. Your work will be centered on delivering effective, research-backed interventions to support personal and professional growth. Shifts Available: Full Time; Shift Hour and Days vary as needed . Schedules may vary based on program needs and individual preferences. Typical shifts are as follows: Morning Shifts: Start between 8: 00 AM – 9: 00 AM and end between 5: 00 PM – 6: 00 PM, depending on start time and lunch break duration. Afternoon Shifts: One required per week, generally 11: 00 AM – 7: 30 PM or 8: 00 PM, depending on lunch break. Weekends & Holidays: 9: 00 AM – 5: 30 PM. Weekend Requirement: Staff are required to work every other weekend . Expected starting wage range is $21.49 - $26.25. The full wage range goes up to $31.10. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
