About The Position

Guardian Tax is growing fast, and our Irvine office is buzzing. We’ve got a steady flow of clients coming in daily, and we’re looking for experienced Tax Resolution Case Managers who can jump in, take ownership of their cases, and keep things moving without overcomplicating it.
If you’ve worked in tax relief before, you already know the drill — this role is about staying organized, communicating clearly, and getting cases across the finish line.

Requirements

• Experience in tax resolution (this is a must)
• You know how the process works — no hand-holding needed
• Organized, responsive, and good with people
• Able to handle multiple cases without getting overwhelmed
• Comfortable working in-office with a team

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of tax resolution cases from start to finish
• Be the main point of contact for your clients (updates, check-ins, questions)
• Work closely with EAs and internal teams to keep cases progressing
• Keep track of docs, timelines, and next steps
• Follow up, stay organized, and don’t let files sit
