About The Position

Actively engage team members daily to ensure excellent customer service & case management needs are met Assist team members in coordination of training through the new hire processes Develop team members in case management skills to meet all contract deliverables Engage in professional development opportunities for oneself and team members Coordinate daily & weekly meetings with team members; both individual & team meetings Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff, peers & leaders Ensure case management process and documentation is completed in a timely manner as required by contract Review team members work product to ensure contract standards are exceeded Ensure that case managers are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self sufficiency Provide training and support to new case managers on program goals, processes and acquiring a caseload Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Two years of program level/management level experience, related to human services in the for-profit, non-profit, quasi-governmental and/or government sectors or directly related progressively responsible work experience or equivalent combinations thereof
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population
  • Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred
