The Position: We are looking for a Case Manager, who is willing to embrace McKinleys mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The role of the Case Manager is to work in concert with the treatment team and particularly the STRTP Clinical Social Worker to liaison with the residents families and county workers with regards to the progress and treatment issues of the individual clients. The Case Manager will assist in coordinating the Needs and Service Plan (NSP) and treatment/case conferences. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range were offering is $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly depending on experience. Responsible for completing appropriate documentation, assists with the implementation of clinical interventions, and participates in an interdisciplinary treatment team for the clients on their caseload. Facilitates psycho-educational groups for the clients at the facility, when indicated. Responsible for contributing to the implementation of client behavior plans/appropriate interventions established by the Clinical Team, engaging in crisis intervention when required, and ensuring consistently high quality of client care to an at-risk youth population. The ability to implement case plans through good professional judgment while maintaining a team approach is essential. Crisis intervention and client de-escalation skills are necessary and valued. Liaison with the residents families and county workers with regards to the progress and treatment issues of the individual clients. The Case Manager will assist in coordinating the Needs and Service Plan (NSP) and treatment/case conferences. Other related duties as assigned Why Should You Apply?
