About The Position

Job Details Job Location: Fond Du Lac, WI 54935 Program Responsibilities Implement agency model: Deliver services consistent with the agency’s gender-responsive, relational, cognitive-behavioral, family-centered, and culturally competent framework. Complete intake duties: Conduct orientation and admission paperwork for new clients as assigned by the Program Manager. Facilitate group sessions: Lead groups using designated evidence-based curricula, ensuring fidelity to the curriculum. Conduct case management: Provide case planning and continuing care planning to address criminogenic needs of clients. Provide individual case management: Offer one-on-one support tailored to client needs. Monitor and supervise residents: Ensure safety, compliance, and engagement in program activities. Oversee child visits: Plan and review child visitation schedules and processes. Communicate with Department of Corrections: Share client progress through staffing meetings, phone/email updates, weekly reports, and discharge summaries. Provide referrals: Connect clients to appropriate community providers and resources. Assign and verify house jobs: Allocate weekly household responsibilities and check completion. Verify ARC work: Ensure clients complete assigned ARC (Accountability, Responsibility, Community) work. Prepare reports: Document client progress and program activities. Maintain records: Keep resident files and logs accurate and up to date. Participate in team meetings: Attend scheduled staffings and team meetings to coordinate care. Work assigned shifts: Cover shifts as needed to meet resident and agency needs. Serve on-call: Be available for on-call responsibilities as scheduled. Conduct safety drills: Lead fire and severe weather drills to ensure preparedness. Manage facility operations: Oversee menus, grocery shopping, and supply management. Perform other duties: Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise interns and volunteers: Guide interns and volunteers in performing duties specified by the Social Worker or Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related degree
  • Knowledge or experience in some of the following areas: gender responsive programming, substance use disorders, engaging clients, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, working with offenders, trauma-informed care, and ability to maintain a safe, stable residential treatment environment
