About The Position
The Case Manager at UBC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a caseload to ensure timely completion of tasks related to prior authorizations, reauthorizations, and appeals. This role serves as a primary resource for patients, healthcare providers, and field reimbursement representatives, ensuring accurate communication of patient benefits and responsibilities. The Case Manager also assesses patient eligibility for additional services and performs quality checks on cases while adhering to company standards and regulations.
