Kaiser Bellflower is seeking a Case Manager who is proficient in Utilization Review. 2 years experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting along with epic experience is required. Full time assignment, 40 hours per week. Clinician will assess needs, create care plans, and monitors patient progress. Hours are 8am-5pm. Pay: $68.00 per hour. Paid weekly.
