About The Position

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Social Services Case Manager (PRN) with recent behavioral health experience. Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to providing clinical social work expertise to hospital wide programs; deliver social services in assigned areas according to patient needs; adhere to standards of patient quality care and work as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team within guidelines set by the Social Services Department and the individual unit Program Director. SummitRidge Hospital, a place for healing and hope provides quality behavioral health and addiction treatment services, mental health and substance abuse treatment located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling
  • Current Georgia Professional Licensure strongly preferred
  • A minimum of one year post master's degree, preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills to address crisis situations, family, group, and individual therapy.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, self-starter with strong work ethics and high energy.
