Requirements

• Master's degree of Social Worker required

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention to families and patients
• Conducts psychosocial assessments
• Serves as a resource to patients and families
• Facilitates/ Assists patients and families in open discussions regarding advanced care planning
• Being a patient advocate to ensure their needs are met and rights are protected
