As a Case Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping our legal operations running smoothly. From tracking high-stakes deadlines to coordinating attorney schedules and ensuring clients feel supported, you'll be at the center of it all. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a legal or case management setting is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Attend attorney meetings, capture key decisions, action items, and deadlines
  • Maintain and update case blueprints to reflect current case status
  • Monitor critical deadlines — including Statute of Limitations, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Arbitrations
  • Review the Trial Matrix and send deadline reminders to managing attorneys 2–3 weeks in advance
  • Track case progress and report updates during monthly team meetings
  • Ensure timely initial and follow-up check-in emails when cases are assigned or reassigned
  • Maintain a consistent client communication schedule (every 2–3 months)
  • Route client questions to the appropriate attorneys through the right channels
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in coordination with managing attorneys
  • Identify attorney coverage when colleagues are in trial
  • Monitor team communications to ensure scheduling needs are addressed quickly
