Requirements

  • Experience in case management and/or evaluation, analysis and procedural compliance.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, customer service, time management, multitasking, risk-management and outstanding analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to eligible consumers including; initial assessment, referral to services, outcome evaluation and continuous follow-up via phone and email as necessary.
  • Evaluate documentation related to vehicles sales and vehicle dismantling for accuracy, completeness and compliance with program guidelines and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, and performs quality control checks associated with program operations and claims processing.
