Under supervision of the departmental manager the Case Manager II is responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of necessary and appropriate services for assigned clients within established timeframes. Additionally, the Case Manager II is responsible to ensure the accurate assessment of psychological test scores as well as provide detailed behavioral observations to aid in the interpretation of psychological tests. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.
