Our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) department has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager who will be a member of the Global Ethics Office (GEO) and help support the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program across the Raytheon business, serving more than 55,000 employees. The GEO team is designed to be the proactive, education and mitigation arm of the broader GEC team, fostering Raytheon’s commitment to acting with integrity by building an Ethics and Compliance program focused on empowering all employees to model the guiding principles and Values in the RTX Code of Conduct, promote a Speak Up culture, and achieve business goals ethically and compliantly. The Case Manager will support the Ethics and Compliance program and will play a key role in cultivating trust and positive employee engagement and promoting a Speak Up culture. The Case Manager will be a part of the Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) function, and will report to an Associate Director on the GEO leadership team.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of Ethics and Compliance or investigations experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • A minimum of 4 years managing and documenting case files in a case management or other system of record and/or investigations experience including conducting interviews and other fact-finding, analyzing documents, and partnering and engaging with employees, stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Compliance 360 or similar case management platforms and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and provide guidance and practical solutions to cross-functional projects effectively and on time
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing demands
  • Exceptional consultative skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with compassion and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with excellent judgement and professional maturity

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively with customers and key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Employee-Labor Relations, Legal Counsel, Global Security Services, Global Ethics & Compliance teams and others to ensure inquiries, concerns, consultations, investigation findings and follow-on actions are documented in appropriate tools and systems of record consistent with internal standards and with a clear focus on data integrity, a commitment to confidentiality and discretion, and a commitment to customer service.
  • Evaluate, triage, and refer/assign matters received through the Speak Up process, including through our various systems and tools
  • Manage and provide input on matters where appropriate consistent with organizational processes, goals, and values
  • Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Case Management processes, harmonization efforts, standard work and other documentation
  • Promote knowledge and understanding of RTX and Raytheon policies and processes through coaching, presentations, and training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Domestic travel 4-7 times per year, each for 2+ days
