As a Case Facilitator at Compass SLS & ILS, you will play a crucial role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities, helping them to live independently in their own homes. This position is designed for individuals who are aspiring leaders and are looking for consistent hours, management experience, and opportunities for career growth. You will manage a caseload of 4-6 clients, coordinating their support and leading a team of caregivers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling management, providing 24-hour emergency response at least one week per month, and delivering training to small and medium-sized groups. The role requires a commitment to fostering a dynamic, fun, and friendly office culture while ensuring that the needs of clients are met effectively. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 am to 5 pm. You will also be required to participate in a week of new hire training at the corporate office in Redding, CA, within your first month of employment.
