Full Time Monday – Friday $22.06 - $30.10 DOE Pierce County’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic: Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Case Manager to join our FHARPS team in downtown Tacoma, Washington. Scope Provide support and care coordination for Forensic HARPS consumers in diverting from the court system using housing first and harm reduction models. This is an outreach position with the expectation of being out of the office a minimum of 50% of the time. FHARPs Case Managers support clients with housing instabilities, find, secure, and maintain adequate housing solutions. FHARPS Case Manager is responsible for developing and implementing housing stability plans, providing support and services, and coordinating care with other professionals and agencies, including jails and hospitals. This position may need to provide life skills, transportation, and other services in various environments and locations within the community. This position requires driving and transporting as needed based on program needs. FHARPS: Attend Trueblood meetings as required
