About The Position
Case Manager - Family Preservation Salary: $43,500 - $48,500 Are you a skilled Case Manager who enjoys working with families? If so, we want you to join the Villages of Indiana as our Case Manager for Family Preservation. As a Case Manager you will: Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home Coordinate community resources for the family Develop rapport and use a strengths-based approach with the families and children The Villages of Indiana offers a team-oriented environment for case managers, social workers, and other child, family, and social services professionals with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits package. Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or directly related human service field is required
- If degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required
- Knowledge of community resource
