About The Position
Helio Health is seeking a Case Manager to support its mission of promoting recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. This full-time role is essential for managing and coordinating services for patients in the Elements of CNY Residential Program located in Liverpool, NY. The Case Manager will work from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and is eligible for a sign-on incentive of up to $1,500.
