About The Position
Clackamas County's Social Services Division is seeking new team members to join the Developmental Disabilities Services Program on the Children's Team. Case Managers working in this program manage community-based services by providing case management, crisis intervention, residential and in-home services to Clackamas County adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Case managers in this position are responsible for authorizing and monitoring Medicaid payment for services.
