The Case Manager will possess a Bachelor's Degree in one of the helping professions, such as social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice. Staff with a Bachelor's level degree in a field other than a helping profession (as listed above) shall have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a community behavioral health setting. Certification as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner may be substituted for one year of the required two years professional experience. The Case Manager will demonstrate warmth, hopefulness and enthusiasm in their work on behalf of consumers and will have a personal philosophy that is person-centered and embodies wellness, recovery and resiliency. Case Manager will work under the supervision of a LPC/LCSW/LAC/LSW. Case Managers will perform the duties and responsibilities listed below provided they are authorized to perform the duty or responsibility under their professional licensure, certification, or credentialing standards.
