About The Position

The University of Nevada, Reno's Counseling Services seeks a Case Manager to support students in accessing mental health care and related services through care coordination, follow-up, and referrals to campus and community resources under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician. This position promotes continuity of care for higher-need students by coordinating services, monitoring follow-through, assisting with care transitions during periods of increased need or crisis, collaborating with community providers and hospital systems, and maintaining an up-to-date database of resources to ensure timely and effective referrals. All services must be provided in accordance with professional ethics, established standards for providers of mental health services, and state and federal law.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and two (2) years of related work experience
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and one (1) year of related work experience
  • Related Experience: Social work
  • Case management
  • BSW licensure
