As the Case Manager, you will assist clients in achieving eventual self-sufficiency in the areas of family systems, housing, budgeting, employment, educational training, health, and other human services, with an emphasis on long-term economic and housing stability. Clients may include individuals with varying disabilities, victims of domestic violence, families experiencing homelessness and/or other traumatic experiences. As the Case Manager, you will utilize a Trauma-Informed and Housing First approach to collaborate with clients in achieving their goals, while striving to reduce the amount of time that clients are experiencing barriers to stable housing. Community Housing uses the Housing First approach in working with all customers. Community Housing Case Managers serve community-based clients throughout the Northern Virginia region.
