About The Position
The Case Manager for the Children's Residential program is responsible for overseeing the care and treatment of children residing in residential homes. This role involves conducting regular visits, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that appropriate services are implemented for each child. The Case Manager also advocates for children in educational settings and maintains communication with families and guardians.
