Case Manager - Child & Family Services
About The Position
Provide quality client centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required
