This position is eligible for 10% field work and 5% bilingual specialty pay for hours worked. The first 3 months in office, then scheduled levels of telework until probation is complete. It is the largest contributor to Pierce County's safety net providing services and funding to nearly 170 agencies and governmental jurisdictions. The department collaborates with its community partners, including other public and non-profit funders and service providers to understand current and emerging community and human services needs.
