About The Position
The ASA Case Manager is responsible for providing person-centered care coordination for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to promote a high quality of life. This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with traditional hours and an on-call rotation. The hiring range for this position is $20.16 - $21.97 per hour, depending on education and experience. The position will remain open until filled.
