About The Position

The Case Manager position in Abilene, TX, is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients. This role involves assisting clients in obtaining benefits, coordinating services with community agencies, and providing temporary financial assistance. The Case Manager will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements
