About the position

As an ABA Case Manager at Behavior Frontiers, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of clients, conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and training staff. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality ABA treatments for children with autism and other special needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices in a rapidly growing field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of clients by conducting assessments and designing intervention plans.
• Write goals and update clients' progress regularly.
• Train staff on implementing ABA interventions and strategies.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Utilize knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB in program design and implementation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, and VB.
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• BCBA certification preferred, or BCBA eligible if taking the exam within 6 months of hire.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in training parents and instructors on ABA interventions.
• Familiarity with various ABA treatment methodologies.
