About The Position

Supervises case managers delivering employment and training services, ensuring compliance with funder rules and achievement of performance outcomes. Oversee case manager workloads, assignments, and performance. Review case files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
  • 3+ years of case management experience, workforce development preferred.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
