Requirements

• A master's degree in social workisrequired.
• New York State LMSW certification or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Prior Supervisory experience working in a social service agency preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, timemanagement,and organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technologyrequired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case work staff through weekly induvial and monthly group meetings.
• Review case records and reports at least monthly.
• Direct staff intervention in difficult or crisis situations.
• Maintainandmonitorprogram variance reports to ensure statistical goals arebeing met.
• Monitor program for quality assurance and contract compliance.
• Provide each staff member withmonthlyprogressreportand yearly performanceappraisal.
• Assist in the development and implementation of services for clients
