As a Case Management Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the successful administration and management of Refugee and Immigrant services case management team. This individual will also be responsible for overseeing and maintaining consistent professional standards, contract regulations and national office expectations. This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
