About The Position

The Case Management Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services (Clinical Supervisor), will ensure staff are providing quality intensive case management for individuals and families living in supportive housing. Utilizing evidence-based practices, the position will promote and model best practices for social services staff, assist in coordination of mental health and community-based services, and increase the ability of staff to address behavioral health issues in a culturally-competent, strengths-based manner. The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring trauma-informed crisis intervention and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff provide quality intensive case management for individuals and families in supportive housing.
