This position is responsible for: Providing strengths-based case management services to families experiencing poverty, interviewing, accepting, and providing comprehensive, long-term, structured, complex, family coaching services for an assigned caseload of clients participating in an established life management program, developing comprehensive program plan/goals and evaluating client's progress by conducting mentoring and counseling sessions with client and/or staff, serving as advocate for client in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment; ensures constant compliance with funding requirements.
