About The Position

The Case Manager is responsible for managing life insurance cases from intake through placement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while delivering an exceptional broker experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in life insurance or mortgage processing.
  • Proficiency in document management and control.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience in case management and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as either a Case Manager for life insurance or a mortgage processor.

Responsibilities

  • Review and set up new applications for accuracy and carrier requirements.
  • Own cases from submission through policy placement.
  • Gather, organize, and manage medical and financial underwriting requirements.
  • Coordinate with brokers, internal teams, and insurance carriers.
  • Monitor case progress and provide proactive updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Agency Management System (AMS).
  • Assist with quotes, application packets, and carrier portals as needed.
