About The Position

We are looking to add a Case Management Lead to our team that has high energy, a professional attitude, and a desire to learn in the healthcare industry. This position is trainable, although previous medical/customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Critical thinking and good interpersonal skills
  • Basic working knowledge of commonly used computer application and office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming patient calls.
  • Completing all new patient admissions and entering it digitally.
  • Verifying relevant medical history for each patient.
  • Scheduling appointments for new patients, specialist consultations, tests, and procedures.
  • Answering and following up with phone and email inquiries.
  • Sending and requesting Medical records.
  • Addressing any patient complaints or concerns.
  • Performing clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing.
  • Complying with the regulations and policies of the facility.
  • Other duties as assigned
