About The Position
This is a telework position with a 50-75% travel requirement to meet members face to face. The candidate must live in the Northside of Chicago/Evanston. As an Analyst, Case Manager, you will facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support, and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.
