About The Position

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as Case Manager is required
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or personal injury/legal processes is a plus.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support including case organization, file management, and administrative coordination.
  • Communicate with Clients & Partners
  • Ensure all case-related correspondence, notes, and documents are properly recorded and updated.
  • Prepare & Send Demand Letters.
  • Send Agreements
  • Draft Case Summaries
