As a Case Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out to us. The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM , and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends .
