The Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (SCCR) Case Coordinator is responsible for case management duties, including but not limited to: Scheduling hearings for the Student Conduct Committee, Health Science Center Student Conduct Committee or University Officials Board. Preparing and maintaining records for committee hearings. Communicating with potential witnesses, responding students, reporting/impacted parties, and other conduct process participants. Preparing case packets for committee hearings. Schedule meetings/hearings for SCCR staff. Office management tasks including data entry, phone/email communication, and SCCR desk coverage when needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, timeliness and possess the ability to keep information confidential along with being proficient in verbal and written communication.
