As the Administrative Assistant of Blended Case Management, you will assist with the overall administrative management of the BCM program (maintaining referrals, opening individuals in the service, assisting with running reports, verifying billing, etc.). You will lead the billing review process for county funding (completing and submitting monthly invoice, submitting and maintaining authorizations) and assist with the auditing medical records for compliance and documentation requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate care for clients with mental health, medical, education, placement and related areas, while maintaining a small caseload (approximately 10hrs per week). You will also coordinate, monitor and review the provision of services to ensure clients are receiving and participating in services on a continual basis, linking clients to appropriate resources. Maintaining direct contact via telehealth and some face to face with caseload and parent/guardian per state regulations is also part of the role, along with ensuring timely and accurate completion of related documentation and assisting other community service programs with administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis.
