About The Position

BFC Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Case Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support a team of approximately 24 Case Cleaning Technicians. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring service quality, productivity, safety compliance, and effective communication between technicians, customers, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized problem-solver, and hands-on leader who is comfortable working overnight schedules, traveling minimally 3 weeks per month, and managing a geographically dispersed workforce. Prior HVAC/R experience is not required, but familiarity with field service or facilities maintenance is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in field service, facilities maintenance, or operations.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of 20+ employees.
  • Strongcommunicationskills(verbal and written) with technicians, customers, and leadership.
  • Excellentproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities.
  • High levelofself-motivation, organization, and accountability.
  • BasicproficiencyinMicrosoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to workovernight schedulesandtravel minimum 3 weeks per month.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities maintenance, or related field service operations.
  • Previousexperience managing remote or traveling teams.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance or service-based operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and manage a team of approximately24 Case Cleaning Techniciansworking overnight and on the road.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for techniciansregardingscheduling, job expectations, performance, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure technicians are completing refrigeration case cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks to BFC Solutions quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor productivity, attendance, time management, and job completion metrics.
  • Assistwith onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
  • Troubleshoot field issues, staffing challenges, customer concerns, and service disruptions.
  • Communicate regularly with Operations Managementregardingteam performance, scheduling needs, and operational challenges.
  • Utilizebasic Microsoft Word and Excelto complete reports, track performance, manage documentation, and communicate updates.
  • Conduct field visits, audits, and ride-alongsas needed to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Represent BFC Solutions professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work primarilyovernight hours, with some daytime responsibilities including meetings, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
