Requirements

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Southern Arizona

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ supervisory experience preferred
Associates Degree or some college preferred

Responsibilities

Clean assigned buildings and assist with project work
Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
Ensure employee work shifts are covered on a daily basis.
Fill in for absent employees or use existing employees to cover
Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner
Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
Inventory - ensure customer locations and ServiceMaster office are properly supplied with cleaning materials
