About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific Duties and Responsibilities: ●        General administrative duties such as answering the telephone, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing. ●        Purchase supplies for both office and clients. ●        Process and track work related expenses. ●        Schedule and coordinate work related appointments. ●        Coordinate with community based organizations to schedule outreach and presentations. ●        Participate in community presentation, education, and outreach activities. ●        Perform research as needed. ●        Maintain a calendar of dates and deadlines. ●        Attend and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training. ●        Communicate with clients, colleagues and service providers to gather necessary information and provide support. ●        Conduct case reviews for agency and funder compliance. ●        Performs other related tasks as requested or assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), including the ability to use program specific software.
  • Ability to organize information and maintain accurate records.
  • Hybrid schedule.
  • An understanding and appreciation of the roles of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, and individual values as they relate to serving vulnerable and at-risk older adults.
