About The Position
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our Mass Torts team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate. Exercising sound discretion and judgment are imperative as there will be a lot of direct contact with clients, many of whom are under tremendous stress and may feel overwhelmed. This is a remote role.
Requirements
- Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage electronic information, including document management and document review.
- Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines.
- Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations.
