About The Position
The Adoption Services-Student Aide functions as administrative support for other human services professionals. They will work in tandem with a social worker or case worker to help facilitate the processing of adoption cases and applications. Job duties include, but not limited to:
Requirements
- Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications.
- Interest in working with groups and families.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Filing documents.
- Making copies, scanning documents, and shredding papers.
- Courier tasks: post office mail box, package delivery and/or pick-up.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping support tasks.
- Moving and storage assistance.
