About The Position

The Foster Care Case Aide offers supportive supervision to both children and their families, emphasizing the development of nurturing parenting techniques during visits. They take charge of transportation logistics for visits, foster care transitions, and appointments, ensuring a smooth process for all involved. Their goal is to cultivate a positive environment for parenting and child growth, fostering stronger family bonds and reducing the risk of any harm to the child. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment.
  • Must be 21 years old to apply.
  • Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance.
